We saw two houses on the site that are interesting. They are in Siveric. Can anyone tell me more about the area? We'd like to go and visit the country in April, but we don't want to stick to the coast (too crowded in places). Do Hiberno only deal with Croatian Property?

I was in Knin last year and saw some very good lands before you enter the town from the coast. Is any of this for sale or just for the local council.

Thank you for the email Klaus, as you knew already Hiberno are based in Knin and working with the town. The list of our Croatian properties are extensive in our this area and the two pieces in Potkonje that you are interested are both holders of clear papers and the larger parcel, 12,000m2 is for sale with us. Thank you again for your interest and we look forward to your visit to Knin at the end of the month.

Does anyone know the rough price per m2 of prperty in Drnis? Was at a croatian property show in London and they couldn't tell me, only that they didn't 'do' Drnis and they hadn't actually heard of it! Dohiberno do anything like this at shows?

Hi Pol Pot, you're looking at a range from 200ˆ per m2 for a reconstruction/renovation to ˆ500 per m2 for something standing. Depending on location, size of the property and the state it's in varies a lot. Downtown Drnis prices have risen to almost 300ˆ per m2 for property that needs work!

Hi Gooner, thanks also for the mail, just so you know, depending on how close you are to the town of Drnis, the price, obviously, rises accordingly. The land you have been mailed sits outside the business zone on the Knin road and is zoned residential. It is possible to build a 3 storey (plus basement) house of between 80-100m2 on each level. The cost of the land, 1,640m2 is ˆ18 per m2, for construction, like I'd mentioned in the mail, it varies, from ˆ200 per m2 to the top end ˆ500 per m2, somewhere between ˆ3-400 per m2 would be a very good build.

Bayern, I don't know about rises, but jollys ran into a problem, but I think they'll sort it.
We have 2 new Dutch couples living near Drnis, they will be at Lotos for the do next week!
Bilice is a nice investment place, went there last week, Stubalj too.
