Yes Purple Parrot, foreigners can avail of tax free status in regards to property and business. Basically the government have placed creain areas in a tax-free zone which means that when you complete the purchase of your property you are exempt from the 5% property tax.

If you wish I can send you a fact sheet?

Our season proper kicks off on the 30.9, I don't know yet the venue, but it's the 2nd division we'll start in.

Next game isn't until the end of October, but we'll probably put in a couple of friendlies on the 23.9.

Congrats Sean, it was nice to meet with you. I'm looking forward to seeing you guys play, if only I were a few years younger, I'd have even more of a reason not to play....really

I was at one of the houses in Siveric, one was sold, in Drnis, great apartment, just couldn't handle the work on it right now! Nice entry to the town!

Just signed papers to buy outside Sibenik in Vodice-Srima, have to say it was easier than I thought and the area is lovely. Vodice has something special for sure!

Bayern, I don't know about rises, but jollys ran into a problem, but I think they'll sort it.

We have 2 new Dutch couples living near Drnis, they will be at Lotos for the do next week!

Bilice is a nice investment place, went there last week, Stubalj too.

Hello all!

Thanks for the pm Diana, I'd almost forgotten. Yes, we got things moving in Zagreb and the meeting in Split went well, acc to himself, the drive to recruit comes soon and thankfully some of the support we've received has been followed through with.

I spoke with our man in Sibenik and the 4 new players are already training.

I'll leave the rest to the trainer when he's not busy.
Sean
